Welcome, My name is Michael Kurzweil. I'm a Miami native artist and an ongoing student of creation. With a strong admiration and gratitude for art and creativity, I draw inspiration from the abundant, highly intelligent world we live in. My work is a culmination of my experience and the environments that surround me. Raised and shaped by Miami’s vibrant energy, I enjoy refining my craft and style though outlets of travel, nature, action, and exploration.

Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, I create pieces that explore flow, movement, emotion and balance. My process emerges upon intuition and unrestricted action, my efforts are to allow each piece to evolve naturally, without too much refinement from the inner critic. I aim to bring a sense of calm, grounding, positive energy and abundance into every space my work enters. For me, art is a meditation on presence, expression, and the feeling it leaves behind.
